You are only authorized to use the wild4football website if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this agreement.  Please read this agreement carefully and save it.  If you do not agree with it, you should leave the wild4football.com website immediately.  If you wish to become a member, communicate with other members and make use of wild4football.com, you must read this agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice.  If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page.  Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use so that you will be aware of any changes.  If you do not agree with the changes you have the right to terminate your membership with wild4football.com

Eligibility and registration

By using wild4football.com you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, you will maintain the accuracy of such information and your use of wild4football does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

When you sign up to become a member, you will also be asked to choose a password.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You agree not to use the account or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party.  You agree to notify wild4football.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.  You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Member conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and other content (“Material”) that you submit, post, and display on the wild4football website.  Wild4football.com does not endorse and has no control over any member materials.  Materials are not necessarily reviewed by wild4football prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of wild4football. Wild4football.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the material or to the accuracy and reliability of any material or information that you transmit to other Members.

We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Use.  Further, under no circumstances do we have any obligation to check the accuracy or truthfulness of any materials, nor to monitor any member's use of the wild4football website.

Non-commercial use by members

The wild4football website is for personal use of members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by wild4football.com.  Illegal and/or unauthorized use of wild4football, including collecting email addresses of members by any means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the wild4football website is prohibited.

Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from members areas without notice and may result in termination of membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the wild4football website.

Using the site

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account made by you including the content of your transmissions through wild4football. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree NOT to:

• Submit materials that are unlawful or promote or encourage illegal activity or that would violate the property rights of others.
• Submit materials of any third party without such third party's prior written consent, or materials that falsely express or imply that such materials are sponsored or endorsed by wild4football
• Create a false or misleading identity of, including, but not limited to, a wild4football employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message or to harvest or otherwise collect information about others.
• Access any content made available on the wild4football.com website through any technology or means other than as we shall explicitly designate for the purpose.
• Disable, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any security and/or copyright protection features of the wild4football.com website, which shall include any features that limit or control the use of the wild4football.com website or your ability to access, use, copy or share content.
• Transmit, email or post any material that contains in any form software viruses or such programs as including but not limited to, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

• Interfere with another Member's use and enjoyment of wild4football website.

Proprietary rights

All materials on wild4football.com including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of wild4football, its users or its licensors with all rights reserved.  No site content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own user material (as defined below) that you legally post on wild4football.  Provided that you are eligible for use of wild4football, you are granted a limited license to access and use wild4football and the material and to download or print a copy of any portion of wild4football to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.  Except for your own user material, you may not upload or republish wild4football material on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation, and any other use of wild4football material is strictly prohibited.  Such license is subject to these terms of use and does not include use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods.  Any use of wild4football or the material other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.  Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.  Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these terms of use shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by implication or otherwise. User disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other wild4football users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

Termination

These terms of use will apply to your use of the wild4football.com website.  At any time, you can terminate your account which will remove your profile and other personal information from view.  We may terminate your membership immediately at any time, for any reason.  Once your membership terminates, you will have no right to use the wild4football.com website.  Our proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any termination of your membership.

Wild4football may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue temporarily or permanently providing the wild4football.com website, or any part thereof, with or without notice.  You agree that any termination of access to the wild4football.com website under any provision of the terms of use may be effected without notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the wild4football.com website.

When we are notified that a user has died, we will generally, but are not obligated to, keep the user's account active for a period of time determined by us to allow other users to post and view comments.

Indemnity

Limitation of liability

Legal compliance
